Upcoming COVID-19 Mobile Testing in the Community

Mobile testing will be available in Niisaachewan on Monday November 30, 2020 between 12 noon and 1:30pm.

1. BRING YOUR HEALTH CARD! You will need this to check your results.
2. Drive to lower entrance.
3. Stay in your vehicle until you are called inside for your test.
4. Wear a mask.
5. Health Practitioner will advise each individual on self-isolation period.
6. In a few days, your results will be available online:
   https://covid19results.ehealthontario.ca:4443/agree (you will need your health card)

Please note: we will only have 20 tests available to the community. Priority will be given to those that received notice of potential exposure, showing symptoms or concerned about potential exposure.
