The Band’s and Headperson’s Kiinandamawziiwin ecdev corporation was created by the economic development committee starting in 2007. The corp officially elected its first executive board in 2010. A Headsperson appointments one member and from there corporation elects a president, a treasurer and a secretary. The three make up the executive board.

KCORP will build on the strength of our culture and traditions to create wealth, business opportunities, jobs, and economic stability for Ochiichagwe’Babigo’Ining Ojibway Nation by developing joint ventures, partnerships, and businesses by working together, building capacity in education and training resulting in economic growth.
