- The last update was that the fire was approximately 582 hectares in size and is not under control
- Waterbombers were effective today and fire crews are setting up sprinklers to protect structures near the fire
- Evacuations have taken place on Willard and East Hawk Lakes
Kenora 27 (Moosehorn Lake – north of Big Sand Lake)
- The last update indicated the fire was approximately 1,000 hectares in size and is not under control
- This fires is 52 kilometres north of Kenora
- Fire crews continue to work on values protection and have set up sprinklers to protect structures near the fire
