Grand Council Treaty#3 is seeking proposals from qualified consultants and/or firms to assist and undertake the digitization of Grand Council Treaty#3 documents and streamline our information management across the organization. Digitization and ease of access has become increasingly important to facilitate staff working remotely and within different locations and as an opportunity to reduce paper based processes. The goal is to organize physical and electronic documents from a historical and current perspective and implement a standardized data records management system with strong electronic data protection policies and processes; support employee access, retrieval and filing of key documents and be compliant with FIPPA, HIPPA and OCAP principles.
