The Youth Innovation Challenge is an opportunity for Indigenous youth to win $10,000 towards a project or business that positively impacts their community. The challenge is open to all Indigenous youth in the Kenora and Rainy River Districts under 30yrs old.
We are looking for innovative businesses or community projects that are either run by youth or youth-led (under the age of 30). Some examples of innovative businesses or projects could be an innovative food product, digital media campaign, manufactured products or youth-led innovative community projects. Businesses and projects will be judged off a number of criteria, including but not limited to: community impact, feasibility, sustainability, uniqueness. Short-listed applicants will be contacted for an interview.
